The Rhythm & Spirit Dance program of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department provides a safe and positive environment for children and teens to express themselves through dance. To ensure the safety of all participants, the Texas Department of State Health Services has issued minimum standard health protocols that must be followed. All customers must wear masks when not seated at a table, and tables must be limited to six people or fewer. This order applies to all long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, as well as nursing facilities in Dallas County, Texas.

In addition, Governor Abbott's plan to open Texas recommends minimum standard health protocols that must be followed in Dallas County. At a press conference held Tuesday afternoon, the governor also announced new guidance from the Texas Education Agency on graduation ceremonies and the creation of surge response teams to combat any COVID-19 outbreak in Texas.
